Veda o produktivite: Akadémia mozgu
Akadémia mozgu je sada krátkych lekcií v aplikácii CORTEX: za 3 minúty pochopíš jednu vec o tom, ako tvoj mozog pracuje – prečo odkladáme, čo naozaj robí dopamín, prečo nás nedokončené veci prenasledujú – a hneď ju vyskúšaš jedným malým experimentom. Žiadne „si lenivý“, žiadne zázraky, len poctivý výskum jednoducho a so zdrojmi.
- 21 lekcií v troch týždňoch, každá zhruba na 3 minúty – plus voliteľná Cesta 21 dní s jedným malým krokom denne.
- Každá lekcia = pár kariet, tri rýchle otázky a jeden experiment priamo v aplikácii.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: Len začni - Nedokončené veci hlodajú · Lekcia 4 · 3 min
Hlava nie je šuplík. Keď veci spíšeš a dáš im plán, prestanú sa ozývať v najhoršej chvíli.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: vysyp hlavu - Pozornosť a prepínanie · Lekcia 5 · 3 min
Každé prepnutie nechá kúsok pozornosti pri predchádzajúcej veci. Ako to zmenšiť – a prečo dať mobil z dohľadu.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: 25 minút bez mobilu - Keď…, tak… · Lekcia 6 · 3 min
Experiment: Skús to hneď: pridaj Kedy a kde? - Návyky trvajú ~66 dní · Lekcia 7 · 3 min
Zabudni na 21 dní. Návyk rastie skôr okolo dvoch mesiacov – a jeden vynechaný deň ho nezborí.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: ukotvi návyk - Chémia motivácie bez mýtov · Lekcia 8 · 3 min
Experiment: Skús to hneď: jeden cieľ s „prečo“ - Plánovací klam · Lekcia 12 · 3 min
Experiment: Skús to hneď: malý krok späť - Týždenné ohliadnutie · Lekcia 14 · 3 min
Experiment: Skús to hneď: prvé ohliadnutie - Hlboká práca · Lekcia 15 · 3 min
To najlepšie vzniká v dlhom bloku bez vyrušenia. Ako ho ustrážiť a kedy prichádza flow.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: 45 minút hlbokej práce - Energia počas dňa · Lekcia 16 · 3 min
Hlava nejde celý deň rovnako. Zisti, kedy máš najviac síl, a daj tam to najťažšie.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: blok v tvojej najlepšej chvíli - Spánok a sústredenie · Lekcia 17 · 3 min
Keď spíš málo, ako prvá to pozná pozornosť. A v spánku si mozog ukladá, čo je nové.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: večerné spomalenie - Stres a dych · Lekcia 18 · 3 min
Trocha stresu ti pomôže podať výkon. Keď je ho priveľa, spomaľ dych – stačia dve minúty.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: 2 minúty dychu - Mobil a pozornosť · Lekcia 19 · 3 min
Experiment: Skús to hneď: tiché hodiny - Vo dvojici to ide lepšie · Lekcia 20 · 3 min
Keď vedľa teba niekto pracuje, často to ide ľahšie. Čo o tom vieme isto – a čo zatiaľ nie.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: šprint vo dvojici - Pokrok, ktorý vydrží · Lekcia 21 · 3 min
Naplánuj, urob, obzri sa. Ako udržať motiváciu dlho – a prečo jeden vynechaný deň nič nepokazí.
Experiment: Skús to hneď: 3 veci na zajtra
Ako vyzerá jedna karta
Ukážka prvej karty z lekcie „Prečo odkladáme“. Ďalšie karty, kvíz a experiment nájdeš v aplikácii.
Ako lekcia funguje
- Karty – jedna myšlienka a jeden obrázok, 30–90 sekúnd na kartu.
- Tri otázky – čo hovorí výskum, čo by si urobil(a) v reálnej situácii a jedna otázka len pre teba. Pomýliť sa nevadí, dostaneš vysvetlenie a skúsiš to znova.
- Experiment – napríklad zapísať úlohu, ktorú odkladáš, a dať jej 2 minúty. CORTEX ti otvorí správnu obrazovku predvyplnenú.
- Jedno ťuknutie – ako to šlo v porovnaní s tým, ako to vyzeralo vopred. Za experiment dostaneš XP a odznak Vedec.
- Opakovanie – otázky sa vrátia o 1, 3, 7 a 21 dní a raz týždenne si môžeš dať Mozgový test.
Úprimne, so zdrojmi a bez strašenia
Chceš ísť do hĺbky hneď? Prečítaj si naše články: Prečo prokrastinujem · Dopamínový detox: funguje? · Brain dump: vyprázdni hlavu · Multitasking a prepínanie · Plán ak–tak · Ako vytvoriť návyk
Časté otázky
Čo je Cesta 21 dní?
Voliteľný sprievodca: každý deň jeden malý krok v CORTEXe (prvý cieľ, návyk, týždenné ohliadnutie…), takže za tri týždne máš vlastný systém. Vynechaný deň nevadí a kedykoľvek ju pozastavíš.
Nie. Séria učenia počíta týždne: stačí tvoj týždenný cieľ (napríklad 3 dni) a splnený týždeň ti dá ochranu na týždeň, keď to nevyjde.
Je to lekárska alebo psychologická starostlivosť?
Nie. Lekcie vysvetľujú výskum o mozgu a produktivite. Úzkosť, depresiu alebo ADHD treba prebrať s odborníkom.
